The Fortis 4 Vets program is an in-house hiring initiative designed to help veterans and reservists. The program has won accolades and has been acknowledged as a model veteran employment program by the Employer Support for the Reserve and Guard (ESGR). Today approximately 10% of the Fortis workforce is made up of veterans.
